ExecBridge ("we," "us," "our") operates a marketplace connecting dental industry professionals seeking consulting ("Clients") with independent experts offering paid consultations ("Experts"). This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information: name (or alias), email, password, profile details you provide (bio, expertise areas, professional background)
- Booking and payment information: session details, payment amounts, and transaction records. Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we do not store your full card details.
- Communications: messages exchanged through the platform in connection with a booking
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken on the site, device and browser information
How we use it
- To operate the marketplace: matching Clients with Experts, processing bookings and payments, facilitating video consultations
- To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and platform updates
- To improve the platform and investigate misuse or policy violations
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax and payment regulations
How we share it
- With Stripe, our payment processor, to process transactions and expert payouts
- Between Clients and Experts as needed to complete a booking
- We do not sell personal data to third parties
- We may disclose information if required by law
Expert anonymity
Experts may use a professional alias rather than their legal name on their public profile.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations after account closure.
