Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ExecBridge (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ExecBridge is

ExecBridge is a marketplace connecting Clients with independent Experts for paid consultations. ExecBridge is not a party to the consulting relationship between Client and Expert. Experts are independent contractors, not employees or agents of ExecBridge. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any consultation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform.

3. Expert listings and conduct

  • Experts are responsible for the accuracy of their listed credentials, experience, and expertise
  • ExecBridge may designate "Verified Expert" status based on its internal vetting process; this is not a guarantee
  • Experts agree not to solicit Clients to transact outside the Platform for services first connected through ExecBridge
  • Experts agree not to share direct contact information with Clients prior to a completed, paid booking

4. Bookings, payment, and cancellations

  • Client pays the Expert's listed price plus a platform fee of 20%, charged at checkout
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By booking, you agree to Stripe's terms of service
  • Experts receive their full listed price
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable

5. Fees

ExecBridge charges a 20% platform fee, added to the Client's total at checkout. Fees are subject to change with notice.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not: circumvent the Platform to avoid fees; misrepresent your identity, credentials, or experience; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; harass or abuse other users.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Consultations are for informational and advisory purposes. ExecBridge does not guarantee outcomes and is not liable for advice given by Experts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecBridge's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including attempts to circumvent platform fees.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
